When I setup the panel it takes sooooo long and i left my computer on the whole night i was sleeping (7.5 hours) and it still wasnt done and now its stuck at the end of the green "loaded" bar please do i just have to wait to should i do something?

Panel set up takes no more than 10 seconds . Are you running both FSX and FSX-SE together ? if not then you should send the Dev an email so he can trouble shoot.
