Saitek Combat vs Cessna Rudder

The price difference is substantial.  £104 for the Cessna Rudder v £170 for the combat version in the UK.  The Combat Rudder is hard to find due to low stock availability .  So is there really that much difference afterall, other thanthe combat model looking somewhat cooler and having metal parts ?  The inside is more than likely the same?  In terms of function, do they differ?

My current cessna left toe brake has stopped working so need to get another set. Interested in a comparitive view between the two.
