Last time I did the update and restarted cuased my ssd to lockup, and had to reinstal on a spare one.

So I fall for it again and update (today), and when I restart I get a black screen with a blinking hash upper left corner.

 

I would appreciate some advice as to what I can do if anything to remedy this (Please do not ask me to go to Microsoft as I found nothing).

It seems to hang right before it goes into windows.

Never mind, out of desperation I tried repair from dvd and it worked.

 

Time to do a backup again lol, as it has been at least a month.

 

Microsoft, ah never mind as I have little in the positive corner fighting the negativity.
