I think I have fiddled to much with the layers in NE. If I want the 100 % intensity, then I want to choose layer 3 and base? Or layer 3 and 0? I don't get this.

 

Secondly, does LOD Radius impact NE? Are there any settings (in P3D) that may affect the draw distance of NE lighting?
