I'm looking for an add-on that will seamlessly give me airport info / map view during my Prepar3d 2.5 flight without stopping the simulator. Today, I'm finding myself having to click on the map and zooming into the airport to figure out where the runway I've been assigned to land.

 

Any add-ons out there?

Save your pennies;  this addon gauge from the AVSIM File Library is FREE.   It tells you runway details, ILS frequencies and other information for your arrival airport, whilst in flight, without having to leave the flight.

 

You will need a Flight Plan loaded in the FSX Planner, for it to work.

I use Aivlasoft EFB, rarely fly without it. It's not cheap but it's high quality.
