777 DX10 Shadows

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right environment to post in but thought I'd ask anyway. I'm having an issue with the DX10 shadow feature. Basically, if I enable the HD shadows option, when I move my mouse to look around the cockpit (using EzDok), the shadows gradually disappear.

I have enabled the 'ForceVCShadowMap' fix, and 'legacy' options within the fixer. Interestingly, however, shadows work fine when using the non-hd option (but look rubbish!)

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Mark

Mark,

The "shadows" in FSX are not actually implemented like the shadows in P3D. DX10 is unsupported by our products, as well.
