simlauncher issues

I have suddenly started getting sim launcher issues that will not allow me to start the p3d version.

Every time I try to start in p3d it says the default flight in the p3d flights folder does not exist and the program closes should I have a folder in P3d called Flights with 2 sub folders in it ?

The same as fsx has or not .Currently I do not have a folder In my p3d installation called flights or has it somehow got deleted

This is driving me round the bend a bit as I use extra vas becase I can't use this to launch a flight
