all windows stay in background when using DSR

Gentlemen,

 

anyone of you experience the same ? When at fullscreen and opening display seetings or atc menu those windows do not appear in p3d but stay in the background. even when minimizing p3d and clicking on them they will not come in front. Same with all win7 windows. they all stay behind the p3d window...

Help is very much appreciated.
