Why is the plane first updating fuel change when up in the air and

not on ground ?

Now i get "insuficcient fuel"

Not sure what you mean by this. Based on your name, might you be from Norway/Sweden/Denmark? If so, you can post in Norsk/Dansk/Svenska and I'll probably understand it better.

This means the FMC predicts that you're going to cut into whatever value you put on the RESERVES line of the PERF INIT page.
