p3d LNAV issue

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

I just have found in the SP1 the LNAV problem has been addressed, but for me on p3d v2.5 the 777 is still chasing time to time the LNAV track. When it starts then it goes to an endless oscillation, I would need to select HDG or direct to WPT.

Am I missed something or it is still a valid point under p3d?

Thanks,

Tibor

This can be caused by improper/exaggerated turbulence effects. Check your weather program settings. There are example settings in the Intro Manual.

I am using REX and registered FSUIPC where all the turbulence effects are supressed and the wind change is limited to 1kts per 5 sec.

On the ND the wind shows steady, no sign of any variation.

Pull your FSUIPC.ini onto your desktop to let it rebuild to eliminate that as a cause.
