Trouble downloading NGX SP-1D

Hi, i recently found the new service package for the PMDG 737-8900 NGX (Service pack 1-D). But when I log into my account, it says, "You have no previous orders in this store." then I realized that my account wasn't active during the purchase. No big deal, the directions said i can do it from my original purchase email. What is the 737 installer. I cant find it and when i click the link it sent me to re download the aircraft it says, "Error. Your ID request is incorrect. Please contact store admin for info." I really want this service update! can anyone help me anyway possible. Please please please!!

I see you have an account with us, but if doesn't have any orders in it. Are you sure you didn't buy it with a different name or email address; or that you didn't buy it from another store like Aerosoft?

Well I used a different email address that belongs to the person who only made the credit purchase, but i used my order ID and that persons email address to try the order review but when i try to re-download it redirects me back to the account login.
