The runway lights in AEU7

Featured Replies

Is there a way to get the same runway lights without installing the whole AEU7 textures? I love AEU7, but the stutters are wearing me out...I've tried everything lowering resolutions pulling sliders back and everything but to no avail. I love the runway lights in this package. If I could just get the lights then the experience would be almost as good as the entire AEU7 package.

Use only halo.bmp from the whole package.

Also put the scalar lines into your fs9.cfg file that is in the readme, those change the brightness of the lights. Personally I use .3 instead of 1.0

I don't experience stutters at all, with it. But textures are still better than FS2004 default :). The runway lights remain the same of the original AEU7. If you want, I can send you a zip file with the resized textures. Email me at [email protected] :)Marco
