I'm trying to open a mission's .rwd file/convert it into a viewable image. I tried running the rather old FSX Mission Rewards Decompile Utility, but I get an error message that states the app cannot run because "its side-by-side configuration is incorrect". I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit, and uninstalling/reinstalling the latest C+++ redistributals had no effect. Is there another way to open and view .rwd files?

Don't know about win 8.1, I've used it on win 7 64 bit and it worked.
