Razbam Metroliner comm frequency issue

I just reinstalled this aircraft last week and am wanting to fly it on Pilot Edge, however I am running into a comm issue. The comms don't work because the hundredths digit is off. For example, if I want to dial in 118.00, I can only get 118.01. I did a lot of testing and confirmed that is in fact an issue with that digit. I was wondering if there is any way to correct that.
