April 25, 201511 yr I don't fly 747s all that often and when I do it's usually the beautiful PMDG version, but I have a few liveries I like in other models too - Posky, Meljet, as well as the default FS2004 plane. Can anyone recommend a panel for these? I have searched in vain for something that I really like. It could be payware also.. I would like a functioning overhead panel, and a CDU would be good, even if not up to PMDG's standards! There are 54 results in the AVSIm library for 747-400 under panel: rather than try out so many, does anyone know of a good-looking one (with the the overhead panel)? I thought I had found a really nice one yesterday but the designer has used an a340 overhead panel, which isn't right! Otherwise has anyone at all managed to merge the PMDG (or iFly - I have that too) panel with these freeware/default 747s? The threads I have seen so far indicated big problems with functionality (not surprising) and conclude that it can't be done... Thanks, Martin Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
