I have a question, should i get accu feel to have the cxamera shake effect when you take off or even going through a turbulance or does EZdok does replicate the same effects?

They can work together as their functions complement each other. EZdok models the head shake on how the plane is moving. Accufeel moves the plane. First get EZDok, and if that is not enough shaking, get Accufeel (which does a lot more than this).

 

Personally I turned AccuFeel off. It seemd to be more about sound anyway, and some day I got tired of the brakes on every AC sounding just the same. The advertised physical movements of the plane are also present in other addons or the plane itself too, so watch out for possible conflicts (ASN, FSCaptain)
