Raptor won't initialize

Recently I decided to move Prepar3D 2.5 to a new hard drive.  I reloaded the software and once I had done that I moved my old aircraft/guages/ effects files directly into the program.  Now not only won't the Raptor initialize but none of the other aircraft showup.   Anything I can do to change this?

 

Just know enough about Windows to get in trouble.  Using Windows 7 Home so a lot of possible solutions are not available.
