Problem installing demo

I'm trying to install the 7-day demo of VoxATC 6.51, but every time I run the installer it breaks off with a 'program stopped responding' message.

 

I'm running P3D2.5 on Windows 7 64-bit.

 

Anyone know what might be the problem?
