Hi all, I got a new monitor finally from a full screen to a wide screen. One thing I have noticed is when there is motion I get what seem like really small "pixels" everywhere in the screen until I stop moving around.

 

The monitor I have is an Acer S232HL.  I know its an LED monitor so don't know if that comes to play with it, however wonder if anyone knows how to improve the image quality on it. Im on max resolution of 1920 X 1080.
