Other than using charts you can get a general idea from http://www.airnav.com/airports/Enter the identifier and you will see variation in the top block of info (under elevation). Looks like its old data, but for flight sim it is more than fine.

You can get the magnetic declination here http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/seg/geomag/jsp/st...calcDeclination by entering the latitude and longitude (or, if the place of interest in in the USA, a postal zip code will do).Doug
