Get Engine Start Levers information through SDK

Hi,

Is it possible to get the Engine Start Lever information (IDLE / Cutoff) through the SDK or FSUIPC offset?

I cannot find it in the header file and the "traditional" FSUIPC offset 0x3590 Fuel Valve does not seem to work for the 737NGX.

(note: I am not interested is setting the level, but getting its state)
