Featured Replies

Hi allThis may seem like a silly question, but what time zone are you guys in? I mean in relation to GMT? I was just wondering,so I can work out when new releases etc could be posted up.BestGrahame (EDHL)

They are in EST, so that is GMT -4 I think.

Thanks for the info! Do you happen to know where the "other" site is based, and what TZ they have, when we're on the subject?BestGrahame (EDHL)

I am not sure, but something seems to tell me they are either PST or EST. Don't know for sure though.

Thanks anyway, I was thinking about the pending release of the Howard.. IF it's gonna come today, when it's midnight at Avsim it's 5 in the morning here (Germany is GMT+1 at this time of the year) maybe they'll release it deliberatly so late in the evening, then Europe is sleeping, and that would take a bit of the load off the servers!hope it comes before I go off to bed!BestGrahame (EDHL)

AVSIM is home based on the east coast of the US So we are -5 GMT. However our staff is located all over the world. The site is run on GMT in order to be as consistent as possibleRobert KirklandASSOCIATE PUBLISHERAVSIM
