I have a R9 290x 4gb graphics card. I have tried reinstalling the latest and the beta drivers. When I go to launch FSX-SE it comes up with the error. I just downloaded this today and have never made it past this part.

Update. My monitor that was using HDMI was being detected as a generic non-pnp monitor. I swapped the HDMI cable and the computer properly recognized the monitor. Then bam FSX-SE launches!
