ASNext- Asking For Program in SDK

ASNext is asking for me to run sinconnect.msi in the P3d2.5 SDK. There is no such file there. The program's folder seems to have a "similar" executable but running it does not seem to satisfy ASNext which keeps asking me to run the non-existent file . ASNext build 5589

Fresh ASNext install.  Windows 7 fully updated.  Opened ports 445 and 500.  P3D 2.5

FSX has the file. Can't find in P3D
