Is there anyway to prevent FS2004 from pausing when going into the MAP? It kinda kills the immersion factor every time it pauses the sim. Thank you.

Or you could use any mapping program like MapPoint for example. Use that with GPSOUT.dll. This way you can see your routing in DETAIL.Abe

or better yet...just use the default GPS gauge, works very well.
