I have proof of purchase but can't seem to find the installer on my "Previous Orders" on the PMDG website. I am attempting to update the product and the extension -600 and -700 within the PMDG Operations Center. A prompt is pointing me towards the website but I cannot find the installer. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Any help at all would be appreciated! Chase, This happened because you have two different accounts with us - one with a yahoo address, and one with entouch. Submit a ticket at the link in my signature with the one you'd like to keep and we'll merge the other account into it so all of your purchases are in a single account. Kyle Rodgers
