Strange error message after entering activasion key?!

Hi,

 

after a couple of month without playing fsx today i wanted to fly a bit.... fsx asks for activasion of the ngx (same happens with the 777)
Im entering the right code (just copy it) ... see attached file

 

Any idea how to fix that?
