Hi,  I've gone through many pages here and cant find the answer, OpusFSI does not see joystick/yoke button assignments but does see keyboard assignments.  I use FSUIPC for everything, does that matter?

See the LC manual. OpusFSI gets all its button and key events through SimConnect so your joysticks must be enabled, even if not used, within the sim. Once enabled then all button events for the controller will be sent by the sim and also reported by Opus in the Spy window. So just enable the controller inside the sim, you can of course remove all button and axis assignments in the sim settings.
