And having received the alerts, I agree with your view of both posts Edam. I have little tolerance for sarcasm from vendors who should know better. To the other reply which asked Edam, among other things, to "chill", I would have been peeved too had a vendor replied to me with that type of sarcasm.If support is given with a positive attitude for a product, I don't mind any vendor stepping in to speak on their product's behalf as long as their purpose isn't to blatantly plug their product. If a vendor uses a thread to champion their wares and challenge the forum members who don't see the product's advantage, I have a zero tolerance for that. Time to lock the thread now, as this is my LAST word on the subject.-John
