GFX Card driver restart

Featured Replies

I am having a rather odd problem with the NGX in P3D and Windows 10.  Since moving over to the new O/S i have had issues when trying to use the 737-600NGX.  About 5-15 minutes into starting a training scenario (let's stick to the license blurb) my graphics card driver nVidia (353.62) restarts and as a consequence P3D dies.

Now i know what you are thinking, it's either the O/S, Driver or P3D itself.  That was my thought, but everything else is entirely stable, bear in mind i run many other programs on the same PC, including games and applications, nothing else causes the driver to reset; ironically even Euro Truck Simulator 2, previously about as stable as the Middle East.

So you are thinking that it's a bad or corrupt P3D install, again my thought and i have read that these drivers *may* have issues with DX11, but interestingly, i can use the Aerosoft Airbus, Majestic Q400, A2A 182, QW 146 and DHC-6 without any issues at all, even in excess of 4 hrs in the Aerosoft Airbus.

Only the 737 causes the graphics card driver to reset, so i am looking for ideas basically?

Scratch the above, just got it in the Aerosoft Airbus as well...lord do i hate these drivers, it's random, i wonder if it does relate to DX11.

Sorry.
