I know this is a silly one buy stil want to ask..if prepar3d has HDR then why is the lighting so different than the xplane one especially night lighting..in xplane as you move on thr runway the center lights appear to dim out as you approach it like in real world.while in p3d they just stay as it as if it were just a texture

I'd say it's simply because the whole graphic engine is completely different, so the shaders work in completely different ways.
