Want to upload some repaints but cannot contact the original author. I always get permission but in this case no one has been able to contact this person since 2009. 

 

If anyone knows how to get in touch with Mitsuya Hamaguchi let me know.

If you seriously tried to contact the Original author and did not succeed, I think it will be OK to publish free-liveries.
When(ever) the author might complain just ask the Avsim staff to remove your upload instantly.

 

MIND!!!   Mention your effort to contact the Original author to ask permission in the readme file.
