Weird problem started today

How can i describe this. Well i'm running 2 extra monitors with my FSX they are just small LCD and VGA monitors.

 

Now for my LCD monitor it works in window mode but when i go into full screen mode it clicks off and takes a while to go back on only if i go out of full screen mode on FSX.

 

Strange thing is it works perfectly like before, if i replace the 2 NVIDIA DISPLAT entrys in my FSX.CFG. But i can't get them back in. I have restarted FSX but FSX isn't building those lines in my FSX.CFG anymore?

 

I have got a backup FSX.CFG but i'm wondering they aren't getting added automatically anymore?
