Getting a second mouse but smaller to the right in FMC panel

So this is weird, and hard to produce a video or photo but I get a small mouse flicker when going through parts of the VC but mainly visible from the FMC when popped out. Appears to be ok when it is not popped out though.

Its like a smaller version of my mouse with a heavy flicker to it and shows up on parts of the MCP as well but not as well. It's directly 1-1.5 inches to the right of the mouse and trails it or clones it the entire way. What could it be? I tried to clean install the NGX and remove folders wherever I could but same thing.

This also does not occur in the 777 when I tested, neither the QW 757 and various other aircraft, just the ngx..and all variants. Im stuck...it just came out of nowhere. 

testing it further I see it occurs when my mouse passes each crevice between buttons. So each button has a little gap on each side of it, when my mouse crosses those, it seems to glitch out a ###### and create this secondary flashing mouse next to it...
