Reloading a saved B737ngx flight in FSX

Featured Replies

When I select a previously saved "in-flight" flight  using the 737ngx, the flight loads paused but with a cold & dark cockpit. When I un-pause, the cockpit comes alive but the aircraft goes out of control while the count down takes place. Is this annoying behaviour preventable? Your advice please

This is at cruise. I have never tried this during climb or descent.  I find that if I select the saved flight and press Fly Now it works fine. The NGX will lose several hundred feet during the initialization process but will gain it back within 30 seconds. The fix page will be lacking a name but still has the direction/distance there once the name is entered. I don't use pause or slew at any time at anytime during the process. If I use p or y, once initialization is finished and I press the y or p button the plane is out of control and headed for a crash.

Make certain that between the save and reloading of the NGX that you have exited and restarted FSX.
