I recently reformatted my HD. When reinstalling FS2004, It siad that the file Sydney.CAB couldnt not be copied or it was in use or something like that. Is there a way I can contact Microsoft to ask them to send me another copy Free of charge? This copy of FS I have came in the metal box. I just need another copy ASAP, and I can't blow 500 Hong Kong Dollars on another copy. As a reviewer for AVSIM I'm running on a very tight schedule so any help will be appreciated. Thanks,Tim Brown

anyone can help?please?

What, exactly, does the error say? Is it repeatable? The only way I know to get a replacement disc is to call Microsoft Customer Service at (800) 426-9400 (or the equivalent in-country number if you're outside the United States). But sometimes something as simple as cleaning the disc and/or rebooting the computer will clear the problem.Doug

Very good points Doug. Also, Tim, try using another CD drive to install from if you have one. I cursed about a dozen discs before finding my drive was slowly biting the dust. Good luck!-JeremyThe Ozark DogfighterHappy Flying!
