Unable to Load / Find Saved Flight

Hey all.

 

As I was late to the FSX:SE party, I'm only now trying to resolve problems and/or changed stuff.

 

I've discovered that I seem to be having an issue in saving flights.  When I save a flight, I can't find it again in the load flight screen.  This occurs whether I save a flight at the free flight screen, or if I save it from the menu while in an aircraft.

 

In addition, saving a flight and tagging it as 'Make this the default flight' is not working either.

 

Any suggestions?
