September 14, 201510 yr Has somebody got a clear and concise method on how to resolve this issue on win8.1 please, this is a complete new install of everything which has taken up to 10days of installing and then this I've downloaded and installed the MSSTDFMT.DLL file from I think the correct source but could be wrong, followed the steps from previous post's but nothing works, radar contact can not find the file, it shouldn't be this hard, please help.
