Your best bet would be to create an account and submit a support ticket at the link in my signature (below). We will have a checklist of things for you to check there. For future reference: When it comes to forum topic titles, it's much easier for everyone if you use a more descriptive title about the problem you're having. Since this post is already in the 737 NGX subforum, using that as the title doesn't tell us much about what you need.
