Decompression error

Hi.  I've been installing scenery from DVDs and have met an installation error with one DVD.  The error shows:

 

D:\FSX\\UK2000scenery\UK2000scenryVolume1\options.exe

A decompression error has been detected (#5)

Could not open output file

 

I'm given the option, Abort/cancel/ignore.  If I ignore and proceed, the scenery seems to install but viewing the contents of the scenery folder, a necessary application file options.exe is not showing. 

 

Any advice on these 2 features would be appreciated.
