I am looking into buying another 22" Monitor for FSX. I have looked up of FSX runs slower with 2 monitors then 1, and yes it does not to my surprise. I have heard that some cases it makes FSX unplayable and other cases a small drop in FPS. I AM planning on running FSX on the other computer rather than charts. Also would it matter if I hooked the 2 monitors into a graphics card or a TripleHead2Go. I have a moderate computer and these are the important specs.

 

- AMD Athlon X4 750K Processor

- XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition Graphics Card

- MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard

 

 

So all I would like to know is would I take a big hit on FPS if I would use FSX on two monitors?
