Please advice, is it same link on my PMDG account, or different location.

I suppose that link will still be for my 2.5 compatible, so where on pmdg site do I get v3

Re-download your purchase - it will be the latest and greatest, v3 ready.

 

It is suitable for v2.5 or v3 - if you happen to have both, it will install to v3 only.
