October 27, 201510 yr Does anyone know how to reduce the shimmering seen with the night lighting? Very unrealistic and annoying. On a side note...does anyone know how to reduce the flicking of the clouds in the distance with active sky next? Also very unrealistic and annoying. Thank you. Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
October 27, 201510 yr Actually very realistic, as any real pilot will tell you - atmospherics and obfuscation, along with imperfect windscreen optics. Nowhere near as annoying as the limited view distance for lights appearing, unless made unrealistically large in pixel-terms. For ASN, use a larger vis range and/or a larger cloud setting. Assuming your card can take it.
October 28, 201510 yr Author Will give it a go cheers. I heard using DSR could also help? Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
October 28, 201510 yr Possibly, as it works at a per-pixel level. It won't eliminate it, but it might make it less distracting for you.
October 28, 201510 yr Only way i found of eliminating most of it was turning up the settings SGSS in nvidia inspector but of course that also hurts performance My youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/Dkentflyer
