I've gone through numerous attempts to install precipitFX to P3Dv3 on Win10 pro, but, I keep getting "Wrong combination of OldProp ID and Password". Cut and pasting the password doesn't help.

In my OldProp ID account, it shows my password is activated. What can I do to successfully install it?

 

How can I contact you with my proof of purchase details?

Hi,

 

Your OldProp ID is your e-mail address and your passeord is the one you have set while creating your account.

Yep. That worked! I got it confused with the 16 digit one.
