upgrade Win 10 mce error mesge

I have just upgraded  my computer to Windows 10. I have been getting an error message" Speech recognizer for US English language is missing".I have tried a reinstall but still the same message appears . Can you help please.............................Robin

Just make sure you go to the setting and turn off speech recognition setting.
