Activation fulfillment

Dear Team,


I am wondering if I achieved my fulfillment on the product I purchased, how can I get them back?


Please advise since I am facing this situation

I'm not with PMDG, but can tell you that you'll need to open a support ticket.

If you have never used the support web site before, you'll need to click on the "register" button to create an account, which only takes a few moments. Once you have done so, you may click on the "login" button.


Once logged in, you'll find a menu with several options, one of which is for "license reactivation", Choose that option, and submit a ticket. As I recall, you'll need to provide your order number, name, and the email address you used when you purchased the product. Once you submit the ticket, they should be able to get your license re-enabled quickly.
