August 29, 200520 yr Hi:I've purchased approximately 15 products from Lago and have been extremely satisfied with all.I recently reinsatlled and was horrified to find I did not have a back up of the installation files.Thankfully, i was able to re-download all products (even ones purchased before 2004!) by simply logging in and submitting the relevant email.Great company!
