L-1011 DC-10-30 and DC-8 Cargo repaint requests!

Featured Replies

Anyone who wants to do some cargo repaints for the great AeroSim L-1011, I would appreciate it! How about some just retired paints such as Arrow Air Cargo for the L-1011, A current Thai Sky Cargo, or an ATI BAX or Arrow Air DC-8! Or a beautiful FedEx DC-10-30!Thanks! And a great airplane!

We have already done DC-8 repaints for Arrow and ATI. They are posted on our site at HJG.Michael VerlinHistoric Jetliners Group

Sorry I was talking about the newly released model that has a VC as I don't fly airplanes without them. Your models are beautiful though.

We are going to have to agree to disagree about VC's. Neither Dee Waldron nor I have any use for VC's.It is not likely that you will see any models so equipped coming from our group. The DC-8 is best flown from a 2D IFR panel view anyway. Perhaps in the future, when technology allows very large screens, very high resolution without frame rate loss, such an addition will be possible.Michael VerlinHistoric Jetliners Group

We obviously disagree, I respect your opinion and your talent for creating beautiful aircraft. Personally the VC gives me the feel of being in the pilots seat as well as the perspective. I will not fly from a 2d panel airplane any longer.
