August 31, 200520 yr Hi all,Just receieved the CH throttle quadrant. For those who have this and the Aeroworx KingAir, what do you have mapped to the switches? Thanks!
August 31, 200520 yr If you post this question in the aeroworx forum I'm certain that someone would help you out :) I know theres quite a few people who use home made cockpits with the B200 over there. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

August 31, 200520 yr Oh, sorry to hear that.. I certainly know there are a few over at aeroworx that know alot about home built cockpits and the mapping side. Hope you get the answer you want :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
August 31, 200520 yr Looks like I'm grounded now, I can't can't seem to get condition lever #1 mapped. Both throttles and both prop controls are working fine. In the CH control panel and MS calibration everything works., however in FSUIPC(registered) mixture #1 won't calibrate properly. I can only set max, when I try to set min and/or idle I get no input. Can anyone help?Well seems FSUIPC is the culprit, I took it out and all is ok. Anyone offer any insight on this?
August 31, 200520 yr Don't have the Aeroworx B200 (though it's on my list for future acquisition :)), but I have successfully set up the CH TQ to work with the PMDG B1900D. I followed the very clear directions written by Bob Church and available from http://www.stickworks.com/, and had it working in no time at all. Look for a file named CMNOTE02.ZIP in the downloads section. This setup gives me reverse thrust on the throttle levers, prop feathering on the prop levers, and the mixture lever detent is the low-idle setting for the condition levers, and full back is fuel cutoff. Now I followed Bob's approach of setting up the TQ in mapped mode with Control Manager and use FSUIPC to calibrate the axes and set the limits of the detent areas. I used his CMFS utility to make FS9 recognize all the TQ axes for the proper functions. This is all described in the CMNOTE02 document.Mark Kuebeler
September 1, 200520 yr Author re: switches - I use all of them for panel/view control. However, I have GoFlight/etc. switchology for most other functions...re: axis mapping - make sure that the default sensitivity for any axes you're having trouble with is not set to zero by default. I have another controller that I was tearing my hair out while trying to get one axis to work. I FINALLY checked the sensitivities and lo and behold, that one lone axis was set to zero.Dave Blevins System: Asus P8Z68 Deluxe/Gen3 mobo *** i7 2700K @ 5gHz w/ Corsair H80 cooler NVidia GTX 570 OC *** 8 GB 1600 Corsair Vengeance DRAM *** CoolerMaster HAF X case System overclocked and tuned for FSX by fs-gs.com Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog stick/throttle & CH Products Pro Pedals Various GoFlight panels *** PFC avionics stack
