Did a restore backup to P3D v3  the simobject file is blank. Is there a backup of the backup? No planes  in sim.

Just did a reinstall. I'll test see if it blank again.

I will test that too but never got such problems. Have you used the P3Dv3 preset?

SIMconfigBackup simply takes a copy of the files. For that reason if there are files he simply takes a copy of them.

 

Strange.

A fresh install is good p3d flies better. SimconfigBackup works well
